  • Eligible Cases: Products can only be returned or exchanged in the event of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect product was delivered by mistake from our end.

  • Order Responsibility: The store bears no responsibility for errors made by the customer during the purchasing process (such as selecting the wrong product, size, or type).

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in its absolute original condition, including: (outer packaging, original box/carton, instruction manual, and all included accessories and attachments).

🚫 Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Cases:

We regret to inform you that returns or exchanges are not permitted in the following circumstances:

  1. If the product has been used or operated.

  2. If the product has been installed, assembled, or modified.

  3. In the event of malfunctions, breakages, scratches, or any defects resulting from misuse or failure to follow the instruction manual.

  4. ⚠️ Important Note: The product's condition and defects are determined and verified based on the official technical inspection report issued by the G.C.M Team.

💳 Refund Duration and Procedures:

  • Refund procedures will initiate immediately upon the approval of the return request and after the product inspection is completed.

  • Refunds for payments made via (Credit Cards / Mada) are processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the policy and procedures of the customer's issuing bank.
