How does the "In-Store Pickup" service work, and how are heavy materials shipped?

• In-Store Pickup: This service allows you to order and pay for products and raw materials through the online store, then pick them up directly and immediately once you receive a notification that your order is ready. You can collect your order from:

  • Our Main Warehouse in Riyadh.

  • Our Branch in Al-Malaz district.

• Heavy Materials & Goods Shipping: For heavy and large items (such as cladding sheets, banner and flex print media, machinery, etc.), we ensure to look for the most cost-effective option for you. These are shipped via overland freight and transport companies (such as Al-Saaedi, Al-Sayari, Al-Tiyar Al-Saree, or other land transport providers). The choice of the preferred shipping company is entirely based on the customer's request and direction.

How long does shipping and delivery take, and what courier companies are available?

• Materials are prepared immediately upon payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Within Riyadh: Delivery is completed (via delivery couriers) within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Outside Riyadh (All KSA cities and GCC countries): Shipping is handled via approved carriers (Aramex, SMSA, and Saudi Post). Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the date the shipment is handed over to the transport company.

• No, we are a company specialized exclusively in the import, supply, and distribution of raw materials and machinery for the advertising and signage industry (such as acrylic sheets, aluminum profiles, LED lighting systems, cutting tools, and machinery, in addition to lightboxes, all types of display stands, printable media, and inks). Our work focuses strictly on supporting and supplying factories, workshops, and advertising agencies with the highest quality materials; we do not perform on-site execution or installation.

Do you provide spare parts and replacement blades for the machinery and tools sold?

• Yes, absolutely. We make sure to provide essential supplies and necessary spare parts for the tools and machinery available in our inventory (such as various cutting blades and hole punchers) to ensure your business operations and productivity continue without interruption.

Can I return or exchange a product after purchase?

• Due to the specific nature and sensitivity of industrial and advertising materials, all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect, material damage, or if you received a product that differs from your actual order.

• In the event of any manufacturing defect or an error in the type of product received, please contact our technical support team immediately. The company will cover all shipping and return costs, providing you with the option of an immediate product replacement or a full financial refund to your account.
